The world has changed. We must change with it

image's titleWe live in an evolving world where everything is in constant change, improving and transforming. We have to learn to enjoy this transformation.

These circumstances occurred because things were not being done properly. This brings about the self criticism of the affected areas and at this moment in time when humanity is evolving at a faster rate.

Politicians and top executives in multinationals interact with the man in the street. This was unthinkable a few months ago (without going much further) and it now looks as it will not come to an end in the next few years. People are now more important and have better opportunities than ever before. Certain users of social networks are acquiring vital importance thanks to the expertise of these channels. This is extremely valued knowadays and this is logical since they have to operate efficiently to reach so many people and create interest.

People only read what they are really interested in. The internet makes everything available immediately and for free which indicates to our leaders that if they wish to attract attention, if they want their messages to reach the maximum number of people possible, they should transmit their message with transparency, passion and conviction . We are no longer forced to swallow speeches because there is nothing better.

In these times it is impossible to "buy attention" through pulling out checkbooks to obtain primetime spots or full pages of advertising camouflaged as articles. People are cleverer today. The Darwinian theory of natural selection has meant that after decades of unkept promises, lies, unjust wars, covert interests and similar practices humanity has evolved, is a little less incredulous and is even prepared to form its own opinion. To all this we have to add the arrival of the major communications medium created by humankind which means the whole world can access in real time whatever data is required.

The key word for the next years will be transparency. The golden times of manipulation of information are left behind and we now see more human representatives, with their virtues and defects. We will know more about their actions and repurcussions but, above all, we will form part of this process.

This is what the leaders of the future will be like, exceptional people capable of communicating with transparency but above all with the capacity to listen, to connect with others and promote a more prosperous society and a better world.
